I was getting my car serviced at Bernardi and saw that they were looking for sales people. That was eleven years ago! Working at Bernardi Honda is like no other job that I’ve had. Bernardi Honda is not one of these mega dealers that doesn’t care about its employees. Bernardi Honda has that “family” feel where we help our customers buy a vehicle. I’m seeing more and more of the customers buy their 5th and 6th vehicle from me. At Bernardi Honda there is always advancement available. Today I am also the dealer swap manager, work with fleet sales, and help manage the new vehicle inventory. There is a great atmosphere with good management that treats you with respect. My first position at Bernardi was an appointment coordinator in the Business Development Center. I received excellent training in the center. The skills I developed there taught me how to properly review and manage service records. This enabled me to inform my customers of the service work they needed and why, and to assist them with scheduling convenient appointments. Most importantly I was taught how to interact with my customers and help them thru any situation they may encounter. There was a strong team of managers to support me at all times. This position opened the opportunity of advancing to the position of service advisor. It is a very positive, upbeat, fast paced environment. The people that surround you make Bernardi a fun, productive environment. I find it very rewarding when I am able to assist a client through a tough situation. |

I have worked with the Bernardi Auto Group for over 20 years and at Bernardi Honda for over 12 years. Being a Honda Technician, it’s important to me to have a well equipped shop, with the necessary parts available to repair the vehicle, and have a management team that is proactive. The repair shop at Bernardi Honda has all of the special tools that I need to repair a Honda vehicle efficiently and correctly. Bernardi Honda has the largest parts department and has just about every part that I require to repair a vehicle. |

| The staff at the parts counter is quick to respond. This keeps the wait time down for obtaining parts. Most parts are pre-pulled and waiting for me when I arrive at the parts counter. With the necessary parts waiting for me at the counter, it is more profitable both myself and the dealership. The management team is the best in the business. Bernardi Honda is also pro-active with making sure all the technicians get the proper training. The moral is great and everyone is pulling in the same direction. I am happy that I work at Bernardi Honda. |
